By accessing and using Aurelux Collectibles ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Listing Items

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of items. Misrepresentation of items is strictly prohibited. All items must comply with UK law and our marketplace policies.

4. Transactions

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. Aurelux facilitates the marketplace but is not party to the actual sale. Payment terms and shipping arrangements must be agreed upon between buyer and seller.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit or fraudulent items
• Manipulating prices or engaging in shill bidding
• Harassing other users
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Using the Platform for illegal activities

6. Fees

Aurelux may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you incur them.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between users, we encourage resolution through communication. Aurelux may provide assistance but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aurelux is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it. We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
